📦 Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take? ▸
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location across India.
How do I track my order? ▸
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or SMS. You can also log in to My Orders on our website to check the status anytime.
Do you ship across India? ▸
Yes! We ship to all states and union territories across India. For remote or difficult-to-reach areas, delivery may take a few extra days.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available? ▸
Yes, COD is available on most orders. Some high-value or pre-order items may require prepaid payment.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? ▸
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags intact. Please WhatsApp us with your order number and a photo of the item.
I received a wrong or damaged item. What do I do? ▸
We're so sorry about that! Please WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll resolve it immediately with a replacement or refund.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour? ▸
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
💳 Payments
What payment methods do you accept? ▸
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Is it safe to pay online on your website? ▸
Absolutely. All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
How do I apply a coupon code? ▸
On the cart or checkout page, you'll see a "Apply Coupon" field. Enter your code there and the discount will be applied automatically.
👗 Products & Sizing
How do I know which size to order? ▸
Each product page includes a size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend going one size up. You can also WhatsApp us with your measurements and we'll guide you.
Are the colours accurate in the photos? ▸
We take great care to display accurate colours. However, slight variations may occur due to your device's screen settings and lighting during photography.
