We want you to love every purchase. Here's everything you need to know about our return and exchange policy.
✅ Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. After 7 days, we are unable to process returns.
📦 Eligible Items
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags intact
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during flash sales
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Accessories such as jewellery and hair accessories
🔁 How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or exchange:
- WhatsApp us at +91 90958 53418 with your order number and photos of the item
- Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
- Once approved, ship the item back to our address in Chennai
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the item is defective
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — please share your bank details when requesting
🔄 Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We're happy to help with exchanges, subject to stock availability. WhatsApp us with your order details and we'll sort it out for you.
